It splits your internet connection in two so you can set up two computers. Ideal for split personalities and people who still insist on using cables to connect their computers because they don't want their brains curdled by wifi waves. Recommended.

Brought the product to run my pc and laptop off one router! Only 1 port worked so it is now shoved in a draw somewhere!

This is probably the worst item I've ever bought from Amazon.
It didn't split the signal - only one of the ports worked, so it is effectively a very bulky, very short Ethernet extender.
I don't know if it was just my item that was at fault, but it seems other reviewers have had the same problem. I really suggest you spend more money on a reliable splitter from a reputable company.

Ordred one of these and have now realised after reading other reviews you actually need two to connect a seperate unit , surely you could make this clear on the sales screen
